EXPLOSION-PROOF WALL FAN
This low-noise square wall-mounted axial exhaust fan adopts a direct motor drive structure. Designed in an integral square shape with ultra-low noise performance, its air outlet is fitted with aluminum gravity rainproof louvers to prevent outdoor rainwater and cross winds from flowing back indoors.
Custom versions including explosion-proof, anti-corrosion and intelligent models are available. Rain hoods at 45°, 60° and 90° angles can also be equipped upon customers' requests. The fan stands out with high efficiency, low noise and stable operation.
Four models are offered for different applications:
- Standard Model Suitable for wall exhaust ventilation in industrial and mining plants, civil buildings, stadiums and various entertainment venues.
- Intelligent Model Can be fitted with temperature control and gas detection sensors. The fan will automatically start ventilation once temperature or gas concentration reaches the preset threshold.
- Explosion-proof Model Designed for environments with flammable and explosive gas mixtures.
- Anti-corrosion Model Applicable to spaces containing corrosive fumes and gases.
The fan consists of a motor, fan blades, aluminum gravity louvers, square casing and newly designed quick-detachable inner barrel. Traditional welded inner barrels require wall demolition for maintenance, while this upgraded quick-release design allows fast motor replacement and repair simply by removing several nuts on the rear side after installation.
The casing is fabricated from high-quality coiled steel wire via welding. Custom materials including 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel and fiberglass are optional.
- Blades of explosion-proof units are cast aluminum;
- Blades of anti-corrosion units are made of 304 stainless steel or fiberglass;
- Impellers of standard models are stamped and welded carbon steel. The whole fan body is finished with electrostatic powder coating.
Two installation types are available: flanged type and frameless type.
- Flanged type: A square flange with mounting holes is fixed on the outer air outlet for installation with expansion bolts.
- Frameless type: Integrated square body without outer flange, ideal for special areas where outside mounting is not feasible.
