Explosion-proof axial ventilation fan
This cylindrical explosion-proof axial fan features an aluminum alloy impeller to prevent spark generation during operation, paired with an explosion-proof flameproof motor. It mainly consists of an impeller, casing, air inlet cone and motor. The impeller is directly coupled to the motor, and the air outlet direction can be customized per customer requirements. Multiple installation configurations are available, including post-mounted, mobile, fixed, ducted and louvered types. Equipped with multi-blade, curved airfoil impellers, the fan delivers powerful airflow and high static pressure, making it ideal for long-distance air blowing, air supply and exhaust with wide application versatility.
Custom fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) anti-corrosion explosion-proof axial fans are also available. Both the impeller and barrel casing are manufactured from FRP, suitable for environments with corrosive gases such as acids and alkalis.
