EXPLOSION-PROOF PORTABLE FAN
This explosion-proof portable axial flow fan is designed for ventilation and air exchange in factories and warehouses, as well as air circulation and renewal inside laboratories.
Featuring reliable explosion-proof performance, large air volume, high wind pressure and low power consumption, this explosion-proof fan has passed inspection by national designated testing authorities for explosion-proof electrical equipment and obtained an official explosion-proof certification.
The ventilator boasts a sturdy, well-engineered structure with an attractive appearance and long service life. Adopting a portable design and fitted with high-quality motors, it is widely applicable to confined spaces such as tunnels, sewers, shipyards and oil tanks.
Matching extendable air ducts are available for targeted air supply or extraction. The ducts are retractable and foldable, with optional lengths ranging from 5 meters, 10 meters up to 100 meters for easy transportation.
The fan mainly consists of an impeller, wind barrel, carrying handle, explosion-proof switch and motor, with the impeller directly coupled to the motor. All metal surfaces of the whole unit undergo high-voltage electrostatic powder coating, while all external fasteners are made of stainless steel. Customization services are available upon customer request, including high-pressure versions, wheeled trolley portable models and full 304 stainless steel construction.
