A wall fan is a specialized ventilation device designed for wall-mounted installation, mainly used for indoor and outdoor air exchange. It is widely applied in various fields due to its efficient ventilation performance and space-saving design. The wall fan has distinct features tailored to diverse needs. It adopts advanced aerodynamic design, with high airflow efficiency and stable operation, whose airflow range can reach 400 to 174,300 m³/h depending on the model. It is also characterized by corrosion resistance, wear resistance and easy cleaning, suitable for environments with high cleanliness requirements. Additionally, it features low energy consumption, low noise (usually below 75dB) and speed controllability, balancing performance and user comfort.

In terms of structure, the wall fan is compact and reasonable, mainly consisting of four parts. The impeller, made of aluminum or steel, adopts 3D curved blades optimized by CFD simulations to reduce turbulence. The motor, as the power source, is usually lubrication-free and installed in the airstream for better heat dissipation, extending its service life. The square housing, made of galvanized steel or FRP, is easy to integrate into various walls without complex modifications. It also comes with accessories like weather hoods, bird screens and backdraft dampers for protection and convenient installation.

Wall fans can be classified into different types based on functions and usage environments. According to ventilation direction, they are divided into supply type (WSP) and exhaust type (WEX). By application scenarios, they include general type for daily ventilation and explosion-proof type (ExdⅡBT4 grade) for flammable and explosive environments like painting workshops. They can also be categorized by drive type: direct-drive for low-maintenance scenarios and belt-drive for heavy-duty use.

Its application scenarios are extensive. In industrial workshops, it exhausts hot air, dust and harmful gases to improve working conditions. In commercial and public buildings, it is used for auxiliary ventilation in shopping malls, gyms, underground garages and public toilets. In agricultural facilities, it regulates temperature and humidity in greenhouses and livestock farms, removing harmful gases. It is also applicable to warehouses, machine rooms and other places needing efficient ventilation.

The wall fan has obvious advantages. It saves space with wall-mounted installation, not affecting indoor aesthetics. It is easy to install and maintain, with standardized mounting holes and lubrication-free motors reducing maintenance costs. It has high ventilation efficiency, realizing rapid air exchange to improve indoor air quality.
