Electric Motor's Cooling Fan

G series motor cooling fan consists of four parts: casing, motor, bracket and 

fan blade. 

The utility model has the advantages of compact structure, low 

noise and convenient installation.

Refer to the relevant provisions of GB / T5171-2002 "general technical conditions 

for small power motors" and GB / T2658-1995 "general technical conditions for 

small AC fans". As the basic performance, technical requirements,test methods, 

inspection rules and quality assurance standards of the fan.

◎ The air inlet of the shell adopts steel plate punching mesh or steelwire mesh 

    structure. Shell shape can be customized according to customers' requirements.

◎ G series fans are continuous working system, three-phase alternating current, rated 

    voltage 350v50hz, protection grade IP54, insulation grade F. Junction box protection

    class F. The protection level can be customized to IP55, and the insulation level   

    can be customized to H. 

◎Operating environment of the fan: the altitude shall not exceed 3280 feet, the ambient 

    temperature shall be less than 40 ℃, and the humidity shall be less than 90%.    

Precautions for use

1. The fan shall be connected to an independent power supply. It cannot be connected with the 

    motor at the output end of the frequency converter at the same time.

2. The direction of fan rotation shall be consistent with the direction indicator on the casing.

3. When there is much dust in the environment, it is necessary to clean the dust and impurities 

in the fan regularly. To prevent malfunction caused by poor ventilation.

4. The insulation resistance of the long-term unused fan shall be checked. If the insulation resi

    -stance is too low, it shall be dried.
